Wrights Family Diner: Your Go-To Spot for American Breakfast & Brunch in Lawton, OK

This is a great place with a great atmosphere to sit do and enjoy good food that tastes like make at home. The regular menu prices seem a bit higher than other places I have visited, but they also have some daily specials that are more reasonable in price. Overall good food!

Amazing Hometown Diner...Look at this open face special. We are impressed... Kathy is an amazing server and super friendly. Nwa needs a place like this immediately. The cost for these plates are extremely reasonable. This is 2-3 meals for us. Taking leftovers home.

The biggest, tastiest chicken fried chicken sandwich that I've ever had the pleasure of eating and the fries were delicious also The servers were terrific. They got my order correct and they were polite as well. Lawton is a nice city and the people that were coming in as customers were also mannerly and pleasant. There were no loud people in there, no screaming brats. I saw that big trucks were parked out back. I bobtailed into the lot, but I'm not sure if the trucks with trailers accessed another road or not. There was another one back there, so I assume that's where they came in. It was a great experience and I will definitely come in there again and told my husband about it also. I know that he will love this establishment as well

Wright's Family Diner replaced the iconic Big Chef Diner a couple of years ago and this was the first time I have eaten at the revamped restaurant. Straight to the point, they have done Big Chef COMPLETE justice. They took the family friendly feel and slapped a brand new coat of paint on it, all without losing any of the charm. The establishment is clean and pristine and the staff is very pleasant. While I may have been a new face, they welcome regulars as you would old friends. Besides the staff being sweet and super attentive, the food was on point. I had the Chick Fried Chicken (see my photos) at the suggestion of my waitress and it was most definitely a leap worth taking. The salad was fresh and the CFC was nice and hot, covered in a plentiful helping of gravy. The establishment, the staff, and the food were all incredible. If you are looking for some family-friendly country cooking, do yourself a favor and don't miss Wright's Family Diner. Easily, 5 out of 5.

Roof was leaking so water was dripping from light fixtures above the cash register and bar area, so that was concerning. Despite that, the food is always excellent and staff are friendly. One of my favorite places to eat!

Chicken fried steak was the best. Nobody cooks it like this anymore. You definitely have to try it!! Service was great both times I ate here. Had fish the first time and it was great as well. Coconut creme pie, omg!!! Yummy stuff!!!

Came and brought my mother in law a couple of years ago! One of the BEST meals if not the BEST! We are from NC ... and we love the fresh ingredients and the portions are very generous! A whole lot of love goes into each meal! They WILL NOT disappoint!

This is a nice place to stop and have a good meal. This dinner is worth going to . Everything tastes good . Decent prices. Decent portions. Everything made fresh, fairly fast service. Limited seating ,staff is friendly They do work hard to serv you . This place is not wheel chair friendly. The restrooms are fairly clean
